• Shipping Fees:
  • Within Cairo and Giza: 50 EGP
  • Other Governorates: 65-100 EGP
  • Orders are delivered within 2-5 working days.

Returns & Exchanges

• • Request Period:
    Returns or exchanges must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchanges:
    full shipping costs covered by the customer.

  • Refunds:
    we ensure every item is thoroughly inspected before it’s shipped, if your order arrives defective or damaged,  we will cover 100% of the shipping fees. If you wish to return the item for any other reason, the full shipping cost will be your responsibility.

  • Important:

    • Items must be unworn and in original packaging.
    • Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
